So You Want To Understand Work Ethics And Discipline In Business. 🤷🤷🤷

Of course the big names you know work very hard and has kept the tempo for a very long time; they simply won't stop. This begs the questions how do you develop a work ethic that is untouchable?❓⁉️ 🤷🤷🙋🙋

Listen, work ethics is a big thing menh. It could be something as small as always rising before the sun rises🌞🌅🌄 or sleeping very late at night💫🌜💫 doing whatever that needs to be done to set the pace for tomorrow or churning out strategies and ideas down on paper daily📝 or maybe turning it into a blog or Ebook.📚📙📚 

Truth is, there is no formula.🔢#️⃣🔣 Its like what do you have to do build a work a ethic? You could start with the things we already said earlier because you will never feel bad because you did those things. Sure, you will complain all day when you start doing them until it starts hitting you that you are actually give your life the necessary push to get it going in the right direction. One sure feeling your will eventually have is "Awesomeness💪💪" at the end of the day. 

I have seen so many people sucked into there victories because there work ethic is broken⛓️⚒️, they stop working and you see the destruction of those people. When successful people hit success, that same night they are working on the next one. The work ethic of all the top successful people is so severe. 

Listen, you could start building your work ethic with just reading a whole book.📚📚 This work ethics thing is also so that you start pushing whoever you are in a space with or competing with because you definitely need to do some flexing. The flexing doesn't need to be cars🚓🛥️, houses🏠🏘️🏬 or girls👯💃💃👯💏 because you can't keep doing those things as a business person. You can flex work ethics and you don't even need a budget or will you go broke flexing it or will it ever be bad for you. 

Of course, your work ethics might bother your spouse💏 but it will not bother your kids🧍🤾⛹️ if that's already ring a bell on your mind; kids need just enough and they are done. Though they do say that kids needs alot of your time but truth is, kids just need quality time; they don't need three hours with their parents because at 17 or 18 years old they will not want any of your time and maybe they will come back around the time they want money.💵💸💵 

In business you need to flex and work ethics is something you have to flex alot by showing📯📢📣 people where you have been, what you are doing, how much you are doing, etc. These things  are not for the customers, it is for me first, my staff or people I work with and for the competition or anybody that thinks that they are the competition. 

Am convinced that I will be disliked alot for my work ethics going forward from now because surely you will be disliked by your contemporaries for flexing, more even for flexing your work ethics. They will never understand why you work the way you work because they are not doing as much. This question will sting them alot, "why are you so driven like this?." After all been driven is a huge asset if you can tap into it because most people cannot tap into it and this comes right out the book "If You Are Not First, You Are Last." 

If you can do what other people can't do, if you do what they will not do, if you do what they refuse to do, you will naturally crush them. Work Ethics will get you that CRUSH!!!! ✅🏁🏁
